Team management:  Has managed both small teams and mid sized team (5-30)  and has a preference for continuing to lead and manager a team.

Current/recent employer: Circa $10 billion revenues offering B2B and B2C services and goods.   Historically worked for Nestle (500,000 people globally, CHF89 billion revenues in 2017) and a pharmaceutical sector company (80,000+ people globally, $30+ billion revenues)

Remits of particular interest:  HR & Business transformation with purpose for EVP and innovation and modernisation.  Would like to continue in international roles but would be open to supporting a significant UK portfolio.

Unique expertise: Pan European Business transformation focusing on process, systems and people.  Pan European TUPE.  Has operated successefully within blue chip multinationals and start ups.  Been through 5 different HRIS implementations.  Demonstrated record of building high performing business focused HR teams and significantly improving employee engagement

Commerciality: Drove the global transformation of the Procurement function with a global pharmaceutical company that resulted in circa $12 million savings on operating costs. Pan European business transformation project within current employer has resulted in €9M operating cost savings, simplification of the organisation and creation of a more agile company.
