Need to know: I have a successful track record of 'connecting' with Leaders, Executive teams and Board members to get things done and have done so successfully across 6 countries. This level of connection led to me being asked to lead the development of company strategy and to lead restructuring projects in 4 countries.  I have built great HR teams in India, China and Thailand, with many of those team members progressing into senior roles. I continue to work on strategy, restructuring and even marketing activities for the Company, in addition to main HR role. I have fun doing this.
