International HRIS Manager - flex work options across Western Europe - many projects
We’re currently seeking an ambitious, forward thinking HRIS expert to upgrade and maximise utilisation of an existing system within this global organisation. Currently, SAP SuccessFactors is in place, but with limited internal experience in the Europe region, the HR and Business Executives are keen for support so they can make more informed plans for talent, and corporate strategy.
This career role is within a well resourced, reputable and truly international company, who are keen to continue their investment in HR tools and resources.
This role will suit an accomplished and professional leader who offers advanced project management and communications skills. Someone who will relish the opportunity to build up a fully functioning, scalable HRIS, and who will love sharing the amazing capabilities of the system and the data it can produce.
This multi-million revenues company is highly commercial in outlook, and lean in size for their global corporate HR team, which means this person will have the chance to be involved in a wide range of projects outside of the conventional HRIS management role.
We have multiples sites across Europe from where this role can be based, inclusive of Antwerp, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Manchester or Bremen; and for the right calibre of professional, we have the option for a partial home office arrangement.
With regular interactions with both the HR VP, and a range of HR and Business Executive teams this person will offer the following:
Ideally deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. However we’re also very open to experts who have advanced knowledge of other HRIS systems and extensive system management experience.
A track record of achieving data quality and consistency - this company has grown rapidly over time so you can expect to inherit a variety of processes, legacy systems and Excel spreadsheets!
Ability to harness virtual resources - with a small team reporting into this role, it will require constantly working through HR peers, Business Leaders, and IT gurus; so you will need to engage and direct a variety of stakeholders to achieve results
Exceptional project management skills, with a need to identify both current and future requirements for system use, and plan accordingly
Ideally, a history of working successfully across the complicated matrix of global, international companies.
First-hand experience of the “getting stuck in” element that is part of any dynamic and changing organisation.
Advanced communication and presentation skills - with a need to influence and impress the C-Suite and peer HR leaders right from the outset. You will also need to convey technical requirements to non-technical people on a daily basis!
An interest and flair for training and coaching on this new system and its capabilities, for groups and on a one to one basis
This is a salaried, career role that will require current EU citizenship. Occasional planned travel can be expected across Europe - likely to be in the order of at least 2-3 planned trips per year.
