We are selective in the companies we hire for, thus avoiding restrictions in where we can source talent from.  

Our networks include HR professionals who are actively seeking a new role and importantly, the "hidden" talent - those who are away on project on expat assignments, or who are simply not contemplating a career move, so are not responding to speculative headhunt approaches.  These “hidden” professionals have however, typically already shared their long term career plans with us.  They have entrusted us to keep them appraised of roles and employers of particular interest that would fit their plans, and for which they would be prompted to move now.
