Team management: Direct team of 24 supporting HR, Employer Branding, Office Management, Payroll and Talent Acquisition.

Current/recent employer: Current: 350 employees, EBITDA EUR 130 million. Previous Scale Up: 850 employees (was 280 when I joined), EUR 100 million. ARR Large MNC Subsidiary: 650 employees, EUR 250 million revenue

Remits of particular interest: Looking for a global or regional HR leadership role, either as the #1 HR position in a start up or scale up, or as a divisional leader in a larger organization.

Unique expertise: I have helped companies grow and scale. Identifying and reinforcing a culture of accountability to drive business success. I have also been successful in large MNCs. I have global experience Singapore/APAC, Portugal/Europe, Brazil, Canada and the US. I have strong M&A experience, both with acquisitions and divestitures. I have board experience driving the remuneration committee.

Commerciality: I have supported leaders to drive a culture of accountability across the organization, helping to ensure that as the company scales and grows, employees continue to take responsibility and lean into the grey areas. I have used data to identify where processes have failed, including in regional sales teams that have missed their numbers, as well as in customer support teams, where NSAT scores have been declining. The result has been change in organization, process and training to ensure business success.
