Team management: I currently lead a regional CofE team for D&I with nine indirect reports and matrixed collaboration across global employee resource groups. Previously managed a team of 15 direct reports when leading a European Talent Acquisition function.

Unique expertise: I have extensive experience leading D&I change programmes; I have done the hard work of changing practices and policies to drive culture change within a large, matrixed organisation. I have worked extensively with senior leaders and GMs, educating them on how to demonstrate inclusive leadership and how to develop and grow diverse teams. Working within a complex global matrix I have learned how to work successfully across all levels of an organisation. I’ve also learned how to influence successfully at C-suite level, with a combination of clear communication, adherence to goals and a sharp focus on business results. Am a certified Coach (ICF accredited).
