Have deep HR “know how” based on long professional experience and active management roles in global HR leadership committees. Have lived lived and worked abroad. Have been deeply rooted in German labor law with 10 years of experience an Honorary Judge at the highest German Labour Court.

Commerciality: In order to change my employers’ DJSI index, I led the upgrading of our Human Rights and global Employment Standards, designing a Human Rights Policy Statement, aligning it with the Board and other Group Functions, and then deploying a Human Rights Due Diligence project. I also adopted global Employment Standards as the basis for our global social footprint that was deployed across all regions. These initiatives significantly impacted our social responsibility score and allowed us to become a top rated DJSI company.
