Current/recent employer: circa 15 billion revenues and 50,000+ employees globally - I am supporting the fastest growing and most profitable division of the Company (EUR 3 billion revenues with double digit % annual growth rate and 3,600+ employees in 40+ countries across US, Europe and Asia).

Remits of particular interest: Head of HR roles for a Business Unit or a mid-size international company looking to develop their HR function and/or implement a Regional EMEA Headquarters.

Unique expertise: I have worked in different locations (Europe + USA) in diverse industries with a robust knowledge of HR processes. I have also been involved and managed organizational design in a growing environment, major redundancy during a site closure and business divestment,

Commerciality: Reduced the average tenure in position (from 5 years+ to less than 3 years) of our Top 40 potentials to increase their engagement and show to the broader organization a commitment to develop talented people.
