Remits of particular interest: I have a proven track record in executing both strategic and practical deliverables from the top of organisations down to more junior levels globally

Commerciality: One example is from the mobile phone sector where I worked with the leadership of the Marketing Department to put a D&I lens on their Marketing plans - this resulted in targeting an under-represented customer group in the saturated business user market that netted in excess of 120,000 new customers across 3 financial quarters

Strengths: In order to drive impact, I have the ability to understand what is important from the leadership perspective in the markets they are focused on. I then take action that will not "reinvent the wheel" or create extra work but rather will drive D&I impact in areas that are important to their business.
