Current home country: UK base, with no restrictions on travel for work

Team management: Has worked as a sole contributor subject matter expert, led a direct team of 20 FTE's, and created and managed a virtual network of global D&I contributors

Remits of particular interest: Keen to stay in a specialist D&I role, but is open to industry and size of company.   Is more interested in working with an organisation that allows the chance to drive change by making a tangible contribution to business success.

Unique expertise: Deep and extensive global D&I experience, ranging from strategy, design, execution and refinement. 

Commerciality: Worked with Marketing Director in Telecoms business to bring together a group of marketing experts to target an untapped ethnic minority market to drive revenue. This resulted in securing 18,000 new business customers in one quarter across a highly saturated and competitive market place.
