Current home country: Germany with mobility to work across Europe, Asia, Pacific, North America, South America - Belgian national who has historically also held a Swiss C permit

Team management: Have directly led regional teams up to 100 HR employees. Very comfortable working as a leader of teams (fixed or dotted) or an individual contributor where I need to influence to get things done.

Current/recent employer: Circa 80,000 employees with annual revenues USD 12 billion. My specific scope of responsibility was to support business units from 4,000 employees with revenue of USD 750 million to 17,000 employees with revenue of 2.2 billion. Have worked for larger and smaller organizations, all international and with complex matrix structures.

Remits of particular interest: International HR executive type of role, focus on strategic HR, organizational development design & transformation, performance & talent - ideally broad spectrum of responsibilities that includes the full HR scope (operational and strategic). Also interested in CHRO roles for small to midsize companies with international scope (equivalent USD 500 million to 1 billion).

Unique expertise: A multilingual, strategic, global HR Business Partner with deep expertise in leading transformational change, organizational design & effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, inclusion & diversity, succession/ talent capability building and performance management. Also offering extensive M&A experience (from due diligence to integration of new companies).

Commerciality: Multiple examples of initiatives with measurable ROI for revenue increase, productivity, and engagement. Some examples: - Led the transformation of a global business unit (4,000 employees – revenue 750 Million) resulting in the best O.I. since last 5 years; - Introduced SWFP as a strategic business tool to identify TA strategy and actions, develop necessary future skills and facilitate footprint decisions; - Developed a Learning & Development strategy and rigorous multi-year action plan for several Business Units that I was supporting – resulting in a significant increase on all L&D metrics - recognized as best practice.
