Commerciality: Inherited a security classified recruitment program that had never been ‘green’ in its 7-year existence from a staffing perspective. Using a multi stage plan I designed to assess issues with stakeholder input, I then used Agile methodology to execute the hiring requirements inclusive of multi week Agile sprint efforts for my team. We rapidly reached a ‘green’ result for staffing, resulting in more work from the client. We additionally won the company Presidents Award for ingenuity/creativity.
