Markets with deep expertise: Europe, Middle East & Africa are the markets where I have very deep knowledge and insights, having led a multinational organisation here, as well as led the Compensation & Benefits functions. In addition I have experience from Latin Americas, China (including Taiwan, Hong Kong), Korea and India.

Languages : English, Danish, German, Norwegian, Swedish and conversational French.

Salary expectations: From GBP 200,000 plus package

Workforce types directly supported: Mostly workforces within Consulting and Technology Services sectors.

Current home country: United Kingdom with ability to work remotely and travel as required for work. I can work anywhere in the EU without visa requirements, and an open to working in the Middle East also.

Team management: Have led teams from 5 to 25 persons and total teams of up to 75 persons.

Current/recent employer: Current employer annual revenues USD 18 billion and circa 85,000 employees. Previous employer annual revenues circa USD 60 billion and approximately 375,000 employees.

Remits of particular interest: I can jump right into a multinational company, leading EMEA as an HRVP. Could also lead Global business units within a large scale company, or run its Global Delivery centres. Alternatively, I have interest in opportunities as a CHRO for global companies scaling from 5,000 - 25,000+ employees.

Unique expertise: Very strong HRBP experience, across most of the world. Ability to 'cut through' red tape to get things done. Very transparent, empowering, and authentic. I’ve led on the spin off of 90,000 employees from one company into another in a project that spanned 8 months, building a new brand, setting up new diverse leadership, and building a new HR organisation across 50 countries, with no disruption to the business.

Commerciality: Examples include restructuring activities leading to USD 90 million in savings; skills initiatives (training, education, certifications) leading to reskilling and repositioning 500+ employees

Strengths: multi cultural experience, transparent, 'can do attitude', get things done via intelligent stakeholder management, empowering, deep business acumen, passionate and a great sense of humour used to get things done. Through personal leadership have achieved the highest engagement score in my direct teams within my employers.
