Workforce types directly supported: Global workforce of 90,000 exempt/white-collar staff across 100+ countries for one MNC; Asia-Pacific workforces of up to 3500 for two MNCs

Current home country: Singapore

Mobility: Asia - UK national with Singapore permanent residency. Would consider shorter-term assignments in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Pacific.

Team management: Managed up to 10 direct reports and project teams/networks of up to 15. Extensive experience of leading and being part of virtual teams across multiple time zones. Willing to work as a team manager or individual contributor.

Current/recent employer: Last employer was an MNC with 130,000 employees globally and total revenues of USD 30 billion.

Remits of particular interest: Organisational transformation and culture change; HR transformation and digitalisation; OD and organisation design; talent and performance management process re-design.

Unique expertise: Linking culture change, talent strategy and workforce planning to business strategy. Implementation of talent strategy through linked TA, TM and learning processes. Chartered organisational psychologist.

Commerciality: Led the team designing and implementing a new performance management process globally, including ERP platform configuration and skills training. Resulted in significant increases in participation, performance differentiation, positive employee feedback and overall engagement scores.

Strengths: Broad business literacy combined with deep technical skills in OD and organisational psychology. An international and multi-cultural background: I have led or been part of teams on the ground in 13 countries, while living in 6 of them across 4 continents.

Need to know: 30 years experience as an HR leader and consultant working across multiple cultures and industries, including public and NFP sectors. 'T-shaped' skill-set combining broad business and leadership skills with deep technical knowledge.
