Team management: Have extensive 2nd and 3rd line manager experience leading teams across EMEA and throughout all HR functional roles inclusive of CoE’s. When not in a manager position throughout my career I have always been able to rally dotted line reports and other leadership team function members, usually working virtually or in other countries, to support the business targets.
Current/recent employer: Current employer has over 10 BUSD annual revenues and 20,000+ employees. Previous employer had over 120,000 BUSD revenues and 320,000+ employees.
Remits of particular interest: Seeking a position where I can make a significant positive difference, especially with the responsibilities of a CPO or CHRO position in a pre IPO company ready to scale fast; or a VP or SVP position in a fast growth international company. With a track record of managing and closing more than 25 mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures throughout my career, I am well-versed in the intricacies of corporate restructuring and reorganization.

The transformation was aimed at leveraging corporate culture and employee engagement to double the revenue, achieve 25% headcount growth in 3 years and prepare the company for a Nasdaq IPO.
Consistently met annual recurring revenue and EBITDA growth for every quarter at the company.
Have led the HR workstream for key regional restructuring, impacting 6,500 employees across 66 countries, at a Fortune 100 company. I was tasked with optimising cost structures and moving from an EMEA structure into 6 P&L geographies.
Currently working on a regional growth turn around plan for a Fortune 500 company, with an emphasis on improving culture and employee engagement.
