Career includes diverse experience working for small family owned organization with USD 450 million revenues and 800 employees globally, to very large heavily matrixed organizations with over USD 5 billion revenues and 50,000+ employees globally.

Remits of particular interest: CHRO, CPO for a small or mid-sized (~2,000 employees globally) with broad HR responsibility overseeing a team of HR professionals; second level HR leadership role (VP, Sr. Director, Director) with global strategic HR Business Partnering responsibility for large division (e.g. USD 1 billion+) and team of direct reports.   • Initiated a resourcing strategy to better support high growth, reduce learning curve and improve the business position in the RFP process with clients.

  • Successfully supported an organization in reducing overhead costs by identifying and establishing lower cost work locations for certain functions.
