Salary expectations: Seeking GBP 130,000 - GBP 160,000 base, plus package.

Current/recent employer: Current: 72 billion revenue, 45,000 people globally. Previous: 316 billion revenue, 80,000+ people globally.

Remits of particular interest: Senior HR generalist (Sr HR Director or VP HR depending on organisation). Best suited to regional/global matrixed roles in organisations where there is a minimum foundational HR operating model in place (HR Operations, Payroll, COEs and business partnering)

Unique expertise: Balance between Sr Generalist HR leadership and Talent COE leadership across large, global, complex organisations - influencing without formal authority. I bring the longer term talent mindset and strategic vision to my generalist work. Org design and change accreditation.

Commerciality: I drove a strategic initiative to increase female representation in frontline sales roles, directly supporting our accelerated growth ambitions in 5 key markets and ensuring sales teams were representative of local markets. This comprehensive approach resulted in a 5% increase in female sales representation (from 19% to 24%) and a 5% boost in employee engagement within 12 months, aligning with the company's broader diversity goals and enhancing our ability to generate growth in these crucial markets.
