Salary expectations: Flexible depending on the country of residence. Currently EUR 187,000 + bonus + other local benefits

Have supported various functions and departments inclusive of manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, engineering, quality, R&D, sales, marketing, product management, communications, finance, legal, etc.

Team management: I’ve led HR & H&S teams between 3 and up to 16 direct reports, while managing remote teams across many locations and/or countries

Current/recent employer: Have worked for a range of company sizes including multinationals of more than 50,000 employees and over EUR 9 billion revenues

Remits of particular interest: CHRO within a small firm or HRD/VP HR for a geo-region or a business division. Also interested in global Talent Management, Organisational Development, or Transformation project roles.

Unique expertise:

  • In addition to HR career I held a BU Leadership role with P&L responsibility, Mission was turn around or shut-down, which has made me a true business partner in my HR Leadership & Delivery.

  • Held the role of Chief Compliance Officer in addition to the CHRO, reporting to the Board, being the first one in the company, meaning being the responsible for the Strategy framework and the actual creation of the full functions, system, document, audits, controls, action plans, etc. Transformation/change of a traditionally administrative HR function into an international, modern, agile, digital, data-based, People & Culture function with pro active HR Business Partners.

  • Additional roles & responsibilities being the head of other functions such as the Health & Safety and Internal Communications in international environments.

  • Multiple M&A projects from A to Z, incl. legal DD, post SPA integration, in different countries.

  • Complex Restructuring programs, industrial & commercial sites in many countries, incl. shutting down manufacturing sites.

  • Manufacturing greenfield projects, leading the HR & People agenda from zero-operations to SOP.

  • Repeated examples of setting up greenfield manufacturing sites from nil to fully staffed operational.

  • Worked through complex restructuring and re-organisation, achieving up to 50% headcount reductions, exceeding targets for labour cost savings, and establishing new companies & teams in across continents.

  • Have led the analysis of manufacturing plants across EUR, spanning organisational structures, people roles & ways of working; that reduced labour cost reductions of 8.5%
