Ability to speak credibly with Supervisory Board and Executive Board members with a deep understanding of underlying political and tactical implications in the functioning of the boards.

Commerciality: Rolled out and installed an HR Services organization bringing an immediate overall increase in efficiency of 15% in one year, a reduction of headcount of 10% and an increase in data quality of 40%. Designed a talent acquisition department handling 600+ hires per year with savings on consultant costs of EUR 400,000 annually

Strengths: In the course of my career I have covered a broad range of HR roles ranging from HR Business Partner to the CEO and CFO, M&A HR Manager and Integration Manager, Head of Reward, Head of HR Shared Services and deputy CHRO - sitting at the tables of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board on a regular basis for highly strategic topics.
