As a result, we’re promoting HR team members into newly scoped roles, which in turn has created this vacancy. So we’re now seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner, to take on a leadership role in supporting key R&D communities who are in the throes of moving to a new worksite in the Greater Boston area.
Working as a key member of the site leadership team, this person will ideally offer a history of working in regulated environments, ideally with scientific or broader STEM workforces; to drive ongoing market expansion, product innovation, operational efficiencies, and an innovative talent management agenda.
We need an experienced HR Business Partner who will be the “go-to” expert who can offer creativity to attract and retain employees in a globally competitive market, and continue to drive a diversity of workforce. Knowledge transfer, succession planning, ongoing endorsement of a collaborative and supportive and inclusive work culture for Gen Z plus increasingly multinational & geographically dispersed staff - are just some of the many projects to be managed; in addition to continuously upgrading HR services and providing proactive risk management counsel to executive stakeholders.
Working primarily as a sole contributor in this high-profile role, this person will have access to an array of CofE’s, set up to provide deep knowledge support, and any counsel from this person on helping the current HR model to evolve will be welcomed.

Given the international nature of this role, preference will be given to US citizens and current GreenCard holders who have supported workforces outside of North America and/or who can evidence advanced multicultural sensitivity.
Paying a negotiable USD 180,000 base + STIP + benefits package, this person will ideally be based in the Boston/Middlesex County area of Massachusetts with some work from home flex. Generous relocation support is available and occasional long haul travel should be expected (post-Covid restrictions) so a current passport and full vaccination status will be necessary.
