ROLE FILLED - HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OFFER

This newly upgraded role will have a focus on hiring for technically minded commercial teams within a global company that continues to innovate for new products that are literally helping the wellbeing of people around the world. They’ve invested heavily in research and product development which has meant a significant suite of products now well-established globally, and with more to come.

As a result, the company’s commercial team has ongoing expansion plans, so we’re seeking a well-rounded talent acquisition professional who will help the company to continue to attract, engage and recruit these niche skilled workforces. This TA leader will bring expertise to managing the full recruitment lifecycle for their own hiring requisitions, whilst being a strategic expert and “go-to” partner for an array of stakeholders inclusive of Commerical Business Executives and their leadership teams, along with HR leaders across the world.  

We need a holistically-minded TA professional who contributes ideas on more pro-active, creative, and resourceful solutions for sourcing and hiring; and who can offer expertise for building sustainable processes and frameworks and strategies that will allow this company to continue to be known as an “employer of choice”.

Thought leadership will be welcomed to improve upon the utilization of tech, social media, AI, networks, referrals, sustainable pipelines, graduate hiring, EVP, plus "candidate experience" and more.  Given executive appetite for data and market intelligence, there are plenty of opportunities for this person to rapidly achieve great buy-in and a subject matter expert reputation across the organisation.

  • Advanced English will be essential for both written and verbal presentations to Executive level leaders; and attention to detail will need to be exceptional.

  • Given the PhD community within this key workforce, a reputable university degree or other tertiary education qualifications will be well regarded.

  • A TA professional who has historically worked within a recruitment agency or RPO setting, in addition to data-driven in-house environments would be very comfortable in this kind of company culture - the executive stakeholders are all keen for factual analysis to determine trends, risks, delivery performance, hiring quality and more, so your numeracy and analytics skills will need to be exceptional.

  • A track record for sourcing and hiring across multiple international countries will be ideal to be able to advise first hand on cultural nuances and local market considerations.

  • Direct TA experience in working within B2B company settings may help for an understanding of long burn commercial cycles, but this company is otherwise agnostic on work histories given they have plenty of support frameworks to enable learning.

Given the time-zones to be covered with this international role, a fully flexible, work-from-home arrangement is on offer, although we do wish this person to be based within Switzerland.

A base salary from CHF 145,000 is on offer along with STIP and considerable additional benefits.

This will be a particularly interesting career role for an ambitious TA professional who is keen to develop their knowledge as a TA specialist and who has an appetite to develop genuine global market expertise. Additional career development options will be available to specialists who have an interest in working abroad in the future.
