This well resourced company needs your thought leadership, creativity, and holistic expertise to develop and deliver on operational recruiting strategies to engage, attract and retain niche skilled R&D talent in a globally competitive market.
In addition to managing your own hiring caseload, you’ll be driving a variety of interventions that will enable you and your colleagues to be more effective in their day-to-day work. This is a broad-ranging role that is focused on attracting and engaging prospective candidates, plus securing optimum efficiency for TA process, technologies, training, and data analysis through reporting and metrics tools. The efforts of you and your colleagues will directly impact the capacity of the global TA function to provide the most complete and innovative service to all stakeholders, which in turn will help enable business growth and profitability.
This role requires
advanced project management skills inclusive of budget management
subject matter expert-level knowledge of the workings of international TA functions and various TA models
exceptional collaboration skills to build partnerships across the business and with external stakeholders.
deep understanding of the unique challenges to sustainably attract, engage and hire R&D professionals within a scientific company setting.
This hire is available to US citizens and professionals who have immediate eligibility for a US work visa.
The role will be based ideally within New York state and a generous in-country relocation package is on offer, in addition to a base salary from US $160,000, plus hefty STIP and high value benefits
