Unique expertise: for the last 3.5 years, I have operated as an independent HR consultant advising and directing SME's with their people plans and so I am very well placed to support on voluntarily basis.

Empathetic in understanding that the leaders of smaller businesses may not fully understand the value and impact HR can have on a business and so I go much further in explaining the value-add / risk. Strong in delivering the right message in the right way to leaders of small business, and subsequently building and maintaining strong relationships.

My approach has been described as being confident and very understanding and reassuring, characteristics many small & medium enterprises are keen to have from their advisors.
