Apparently this is often misquoted as being directly from Charles Darwin, but is actually a paraphrasing by Leon Megginson of Darwin's theories.  Regardless, we wholly agree with this sentiment when thinking about today's business landscape and the culture transformation and development strategies that HR executives need to focus on to enable their businesses to be more agile.
