Global HR Director - FLEX LOCATION - from EUR 105,000 + package

This complex, multinational employer will be seeking someone with around 10-15 years of work experience and well-rounded HR expertise for a Director level HRBP role.  

Supporting key business leaders, this person will drive HR strategy for a BU in growth mode. This person will also be responsible for interacting and mentoring in-country HR managers moving them from transactional country focussed mind-sets to become truly international business partners who know how to utilise and maximise newly formed CoE's for deep technical expertise.

Reporting immediately into a VP of HR, we're wanting to high an ambitious professional who demonstrates strong P&L awareness and genuine business partnership skills.

The company growth has been quite extreme & the HR frameworks haven’t kept up with that pace, so many aspects need to be revamped across areas like reward, talent, succession planning & more.

The global leadership team is relatively new, so executive coaching and advising on organizational design and culture harmonization will also be high priorities for this person.

We have flexibility on base location with a preference for key locations within Germany, Italy, France or Sweden.  Regular (but planned) long and short haul travel can be expected.  

This role will pay circa EUR 105,000  + bonus & benefits package and full relocation support is available.  The division is part of a larger company headquartered in the USA so ongoing development & progression opportunities abound.

This person will have ideally direct exposure in supporting work forces across multiple European countries.   Fluent English language skills will be necessary together with at least one additional European language to business fluency.  This role is available to current EU citizens who can evidence tenured career progression with their employers to date.

From a cultural “fit” perspective, a professional who has lived and worked across multiple countries should be able to fast track their career.  Additionally, a professional with some experience working within a US corporate might just connect with some of the leadership team more quickly, although this type of work history is not essential.
