HR Leader - Nordics - Sweden work base for multinational company and market competitive package

This global corporation in high growth mode, are seeking an HR Leader to join their executive team in driving growth across their Nordics operations.
This person will be responsible for a mid sized HR team, who are supporting a variety of workforces, inclusive of those at large, well established manufacturing operations that are key to global product supply. Manufacturing is set to double its workforce and production capacity in a short span of time and the company executives are keen to maintain the high quality delivery standards, employee engagement, and positive labor council relationships that exist today.
As the most senior HR person spanning the Nordics, this role will have dual responsibilities for both the strategic direction and operational excellence of all HR services that will enable the company growth plans; and development of HR team members will certainly aid in achieving a more efficient function!
Key workforces and business executives are scattered through the region, so regular (but planned) travel should be expected for this role based otherwise from the Örebro area.
Given the company's aggressive growth plans, immediate experience in achieving high volume hiring will also be well regarded. Any experience with successful retention initiatives will be useful as the workforce includes niche skills and globally scarce talent. This HR leader will additionally have opportunities for creating frameworks for talent learning and development (right to leadership level) plus enabling career progression pathways for high performers. A new HRIS rollout, and provision of more efficient payroll services internally are also key priorities for this role.
The leadership team is driving the need for this hire – they’re keen to add a high calibre HR executive to their team, to help drive the company’s extensive and demanding growth plans; and are seeking a professional who can offer the following:
Extensive experience of Swedish labour law and blue-collar unions (essential) and advanced knowledge of other Nordic country employment laws
Fluent English and Swedish language skills (essential)
High personal integrity and resourcefulness
Direct experience with LEAN methodologies or continuous improvement manufacturing environments
A track record for successfully collaborating, coaching, and influencing business leaders
A flair for change management and organisational design, and post merger integration
The corporation has many subsidiaries worldwide and are known for being reputable, and well resourced. It is operating within a heavily regulated industry, with regular audits on production standards, so the desire for the highest quality of output must be in the DNA of whoever is appointed to this challenging post.
Experience of working in a complex matrixed culture, both domestically and internationally would be an advantage and a history of successfully liaising with and influencing corporate headquarter stakeholders will be useful.

Annual base salary for this role will be over 800,000 SEK, plus benefits package and relocation support if required.
