Talent Acquisition Specialists - San Francisco, California - market leading salaries & packages
HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERS COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT OFFERS
We're seeking ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialists to work for within this well-established, cash rich, biotech company; whose priority is to drive TA services at a "world class" level in order to achieve ongoing growth plans.
Working within a CofE operating model, these Specialists will work with their team members and RPO staff, on hiring for assignments ranging from graduate entry through to experienced and executive hires. Key internal stakeholders will be the R&D, Manufacturing, Corporate & Commercial leaders and HR teams within the USA and abroad.
There will be accountability within the team for delivery that is appropriate to meeting each division's ongoing growth plans, and they will be used to taking accountability for “joining up the dots” to ensure practice consistency and knowledge sharing.
Currently the team have reasonably good process and frameworks for day to day service delivery. However, with an increasing scarcity of their niche skilled, globally scarce candidates, we need experienced TA Specialists who can innovate on more pro-active, creative and resourceful solutions for finding, securing and keeping talent.
We need professionals who can work independently, with the confidence and experience to manage difficult stakeholders and who will take a holistic view to hiring and talent management. Utilisation of tech, social media, networks, referrals, branding campaigns etc will all be a natural part of the “toolkit”. The workforce is chock full of Masters and PhD qualified professionals, so this team will frequently need to influence through logical reasoning, fact based evidence, and the use of credible data to determine trends, risks, delivery performance, hiring quality and more.
Executive level communication skills will be key for both written and verbal presentations. Advanced analytics and numeracy, tech and trend savvy, attention to detail, will of course be essential.
University degree plus other tertiary education qualifications are preferred. Whilst international markets experience is not mandatory, it will be well regarded. Those Specialists who have worked in complex matrix corporations will be at an advantage.
The company is heavily invested with their commitment to this team, offering hefty base salaries to reflect the cost of living and talent values in the local market.
If necessary, relocation support will also be provided for these roles based in the San Francisco region. This company is open to hiring either US citizens or professionals who have eligibility for US work visa status.
