With the continued hyper-growth of the organization, the TA function has an urgent need to improve upon how they deliver recruitment services to the business in a more strategic, efficient and agile way; which is driving this need for a communications guru to join their team.
As the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) specialist, this person will be responsible for initiating and implementing a range of initiatives that will attract and engage globally scarce, niche talent; and high performance professionals in a competitive market where Candidates have work choices around the world.
The success of this person will have an immediate impact on day to day service delivery by the general Talent Acquisition resourcing teams, in turn impacting time to hire, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, and overall Candidate experience. With a $1 million budget already approved, this company is serious about enabling the success of this role!
Our successful Candidate will have a demonstrated track record in leading on global projects to improve candidate experience whilst driving strategic sourcing, employee branding and engagement, diversity of candidate pools; and ideally experience with the evaluation, design and implementation of core Talent Acquisition processes and systems across multiple continents.

The role will span over a range of responsibilities inclusive of:
Strategic Sourcing - including channels, Candidate messaging, technology, tools, processes & AI
Candidate experience – looking at People & User Experience, process and systems
Business Intelligence – using competitive intelligence, analytics & metrics. to create a more strategic approach to resourcing to achieve greater ROI from sourcing channels
Candidate Engagement – leading on strategy development and implementation of global employer brand and media; and defining multi layered EVP messages for engaging content creation and employer branding
Programs - Ensure strong connectivity and deployment of talent programs (graduate, university, PhD's etc.) in support of an integrated global strategy that offers a diverse talent slate
Collaborations - consulting and building relationships with assorted functional stakeholders to ensure results (eg: Marketing, HR, C&B, Legal, etc)
Creating internal and external campaigns to drive up referral numbers & diversity hiring options, whilst helping to bringing down "time to hire" and increasing "quality of hire"
Advisory support to Talent Acquisition delivery consultants, HRBPs & assorted Business stakeholders to create ‘fillable’ and engaging role vacancies
Process reviews for greater efficiencies and improved candidate experience
Leading strategy development and implementation of global employer brand and media
Ensure strong connectivity and deployment of talent programs spanning all types of hiring, in support of an integrated global strategy.
Our successful professional will offer the following:
Advanced knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle; including strategic sourcing, assessment and selection, offer management and overall Candidate experience
Working knowledge of identifying EVPs and how to successfully operationalize them internally and externally
A track record in improving Candidate & Employee experience whilst driving strategic sourcing
First hand experience in building and implementing Employee branding & engagement campaigns and tools, inclusive of professional and social media channels
Experience with evaluating, designing and implementing core Talent Acquisition processes and systems on a global basis.
Excellent interpersonal, project management, business writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and drive change across a matrix organization.
Experience of building and maintaining candidate engagement tools such as career websites and social media
SEO maximisation expertise
Experience of using innovative tools to engage talent eg: AI, Gamification, Automation
Evidence of creativity and tailoring of events and campaigns unique to various jurisdictions, cultures, and social demographics
A stable, salaried career history that shows clear development & advancement within reputable multinational companies - apologies but consulting contractors cannot be considered for this role
Formal academic qualifications in communications and/or marketing and/or advertising will be highly regarded, albeit are not essential.
This role will be based from San Francisco, California; with planned travel expected both nationally and internationally.
Salary base from $170,000 plus STIP, LTIP and a package reflective of the West Coast costs of living will be on offer, as will generous relocation support should a move be required. This hire is available to US citizens and professionals who have immediate eligibility for a US work visa.
