Interim Global Reward Analytics Leader - flex work options within UK
ROLE FILLED - HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OFFER
We’re currently seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking analytics expert to support a Global VP of Total Reward, in building frameworks to maximise reward plan design, implementation success, and takeup rates.
Currently, the international team think that they’re doing good work, feel that they’re meeting the demands of management teams and employees, but have no evidence to back their own performance beliefs. There are no measures for the likes of (but not limited to):
which flex bens options are the most popular by functional area, gender, age, geographical region
what correlations are there between age and social demographics for which benefits options are being utilised
what links are there for age and gender demographics and length of employment and performance ratings, receiving for pay increases and promotions
are employees more at retention risk after key payment milestones
are employees at higher retention risk after x years of employment
This role will suit an analytics expert who offers a natural curiosity for “why do we do it this way” and certainty for “everything can be measured”. Someone with advanced project management and communications skills. Someone who will relish the opportunity to build up dashboards and reports that are meaningful to business strategy, and who loves the power of data.
This multi-billion revenues company is highly commercial in outlook, and lean in size for their corporate reward team, which means this person will have the chance to be involved in a wide range of projects outside of the conventional analytics role.
Ideally, this person will be available to meet with key stakeholders from time to time in London, and can otherwise take advantage of a partial home office arrangement.
With regular interactions with both the Global Vp for Total Reward, and a range of HR, IT and Business Executive teams this person will offer the following:
A track record of achieving data quality and consistency - this company has grown rapidly over time so you can expect to inherit a variety of processes, legacy systems and Excel spreadsheets!
Ability to harness virtual resources - this person will be constantly working through Reward and HR peers, Business Leaders, and IT gurus; so will need to engage and direct a variety of stakeholders to achieve results
Exceptional project management skills, with a need to identify both current and future requirements for system use, and plan accordingly
Ideally, a history of working successfully across the complicated matrix of global, international companies.
First-hand experience of the “getting stuck in” element that is part of any dynamic and changing organisation.
Advanced communication and presentation skills - with the need to convey technical requirements to non-technical people on a daily basis!
This role is all about the setup of analytics frameworks so depending on the completion date for this objective, the work contract will span anything from 3 to 12 months. We have flex on payment depending on experience level.
With the likelihood of potential occasional travel, a current passport and full Covid vaccinations will be required. We are only able to consider professionals who are current UK residents with the right to work in the UK.
