As the European TA Manager, you will be partnering with the regional HR team, business executives, hiring team leaders, and other TA colleagues globally. You will be relied upon to identify, attract, engage and secure quality talent for key roles.  You’ll be applying expertise for recruiting process, technology applications, and social media, to achieve talent pipelines, referral networks, diversity & inclusion partnerships, and “employer of choice” branding.

We need an engaging, credible, and collaborative TA leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting stuck into all the elements of end-to-end recruiting; whilst always thinking about the bigger picture and finding smarter, faster ways to achieve sustainable hiring results.  In return, you’ll be well rewarded financially, plus have the satisfaction of knowing that your skills, experience, and efforts are directly contributing to the company’s development in the region.

Our ideal TA professional will offer:

  • Strong end to end recruitment lifecycle experience

  • Ability to lead by example in delivering sourcing, screening and hiring results

  • A flair for motivating and mentoring less experienced talent acquisition professionals, and inspiring them to deliver exceptional stakeholder service

  • Advanced written and verbal English & German language skills

  • A flair for process refinement and attention to detail  

  • Ideally a history of working within an RPO or in-house environment; with first hand experience for recruiting sales and/ or IT related positions.

A base salary from EUR80,000 is on offer (with flex to increase depending on experience level), plus a market competitive annual performance bonus and benefits package. We have some flexibility on location within Germany; and are happy to elaborate on this to interested professionals.  This hire is available to EU nationals and professionals who have immediate eligibility for an EU work visa.

The regional nature of this management role may require planned travel within Europe or to the USA, so a current passport and Covid vaccinations will be expected.
