Senior HR Advisors - tech sector - USA work base
ROLE FILLED - HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OFFER
Are you the kind of HR generalist who is motivated for continuous improvement, and who thrives in an international work environment? Are you constantly looking for ways to add efficiency to your work and commercial value to your business? Are you wanting to work within a supportive, expert team where you’re allowed to have an opinion, and with options to be promoted on merit rather than years of experience? If so, then this role could be perfect for you.
These are newly created positions - ongoing company growth has meant ongoing HR team expansion. Your focus will be on managing the full day-to-day HR agenda for key company divisions, within this cash-rich, well-resourced, R&D focussed company, in the Framingham area of Massachusetts. If you like technology and engineering environments, then you’ll find this global company creating some “state of the art” products!
You’ll be working with a well-respected senior level HR Business Partner, who is known for developing and supporting his teams. You’ll be the “go to” expert for senior managers across the business divisions, who need advice for hiring, talent management, reward, training and more. There are other sites across the USA and around the world, so this person will have international peers to consult and exchange ideas with, and plenty of global projects to contribute to.
We are seeking an HR professional with strong all-round generalist skills and a flair for business partnerships. Significant expansion is planned for this site, so these HR advisors will be relied upon heavily to help with scaling up existing HR frameworks.
There is no shortage of additional projects to be worked through including:
Maintaining effective workforce relationships based on partnership and proactivity
Deployment and support of continuous improvement initiatives
Alignment of divisional HR processes with international HR strategy (you will also be expected to contribute to the wider commercial HR strategy for the company).
Workforce planning to maximise productivity, manage succession plans, and international work secondments
Contribution to a long term Talent Acquisition and Management strategy (further growth cannot happen without hiring additional employees and investing in their professional development and career pathways)
Support on the development and coaching for all levels of management at this location, with a range of tenure and skills
Day-to-day queries and administration - (you just know you cannot hide from the paperwork!)
These HR practitioners need to be a visible presence on site – relationship building is paramount and the business leaders want these persons to be key contributors in supporting their management teams and workforces. As a result, our hiring execs are keen to secure an ambitious professional who is based within the greater Framingham area - this is not a remote work arrangement, although some flex for office vs home working is possible.
Package includes a base salary of circa $85,000 (depending on experience level) plus benefits. Relocation support is also available within the USA for current US citizens.
If this sounds like the challenge you've been seeking for your next career move, please do make contact directly and in confidence via solutions@cartermorris.com quoting CMTS00315. Interviews are being scheduled currently, with a view to an employment offer being extended in the coming weeks.
