Global Executive Compensation Leader
ROLE FILLED - HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OFFER
We’re seeking an accomplished Executive Compensation Leader for a well-resourced, market leading consumer goods company experiencing year-on-year growth across 100+ countries.
Reporting to the Global VP Compensation, the leader will support a global executive population, acting as a key liaison for the company's senior executives regarding all compensation and benefits elements spanning both domestic and expat packages.
This person will lead global market analysis to regularly benchmark executive compensation and benefits programs throughout the world; and help shape global strategy to attract, retain and engage key leadership talent, including package design and structure, tax planning, wealth management, and retirement.
Additionally, this person will act as the Subject Matter Expert in using executive compensation levers to drive long-term business objectives, inclusive of environmental impacts, sustainable profitability, innovation, and talent diversity.
Finally, this person will help to manage the processes surrounding all executive and equity compensation programs (includes planning, execution, communications, and support); partnering with dedicated shared services teams for implementation; and developing materials for Compensation Committee meetings and all Compensation materials presented to the Board of Directors.

This is a high-profile role that will have you reporting into one of our all time favourite Global Heads of Reward - someone we’ve partnered with repeatedly over the last 10 years, and who we know to be an inspiring leader who is known for heavy investment into the professional development and career advancement of team members.
Whilst flexibility is available, this person will be able to undertake regular travel to the London HQ and other international locations when needed. A valid UK work visa or citizenship is essential to be considered for this role. The company is also offering a package that includes a base salary of circa £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
