This is a new hire for a well-resourced company that has enjoyed significant expansion since its inception just a handful of years ago!
From one person originally to many thousands in just six years of operation, we now need a Talent Acquisition Leader, to partner with an inspiring Global VP TA, and locally based HR VP and Country Business executive teams. Our new TA Leader will play a pivotal role in enabling the company’s rapid growth plans across Brazil with an agenda for establishment of new markets, and diversification of product lines.
This role will be all encompassing with an immediate priority to help further define the organisational structure and lead on the hiring of top talent to further expand the country leadership and operations teams. You will also need to be the “subject matter expert” to build sustainable TA frameworks that are quickly scaleable. You will be entrusted with ensuring great candidate experiences with robust process and standards, to assist the company in being an “employer of choice” and successful within all Brazilian jurisdictions.
This role will allow you to be creative, innovative and agile; and to apply all of your expertise in talent acquisition in a broad ranging capacity. You’ll also have the chance to hire and lead a team of TA professionals, to ensure you can deliver on the high volume hiring requirements planned across Brazil.
Within this company, you will be part of an international team of Talent Acquisition peers, all with equally extensive experience and skills; with frequent opportunities to share best practice and contribute to global projects and TA strategies.
A work history within the TA function of a large global corporation would be useful to have learnt what great TA looks like and ideally, you’ll also understand the pressures of a rapidly expanding start up organisation. You will be keen to try new and creative approaches to hiring, and will have a passion for contributing directly to business success.
The role is to be based in São Paulo, with a competitive salary and package for nationals with fluent English & Portuguese language skills, and the right to work within Brazil. Relocation support is available as required. You will need to attend meetings in the USA from time to time and potentially other locations globally so a current passport will be essential!
