This cash-rich, global biotech company has experienced year-on-year growth, and with more products being launched to market, they now need an additional TA specialist to help secure key professionals for new roles across all of their corporate functions.

We’re seeking an experienced and solutions focussed professional - someone used to managing a requisition caseload with and who loves the responsibility of working across the full recruiting life cycle. There will be plenty of opportunity for strategic input, ranging from maximizing sourcing support, developing graduate entry programs, and building on the employer brand, whilst ensuring diversity of talent pools. 

Key internal stakeholders will be Corporate Executives spanning Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, and their leadership teams, along with HR leaders within the USA and abroad.  

Thought leadership is essential for this role and you will be expected to understand the benefits and challenges of bringing technology to the forefront of the talent acquisition process.  There is a heavy emphasis on the use of social media and AI, referrals and networks, and external partner management to not only develop employer branding but also improve overall “candidate experience”.

Advanced English will be essential for both written and verbal presentations to Executive level leaders, and your attention to detail and ability to manage stakeholders and deadlines will need to be exceptional. 

A TA professional who has historically worked within data-driven work cultures would be very comfortable in this kind of environment - the executive stakeholders are all keen for factual analysis to determine trends, risks, delivery performance, hiring quality and more, so your numeracy and analytics skills will need to be exceptional.

This is a hybrid home / office-based role with flex for fully remote work (and occasional travel), plus we can offer travel support and/or above-market relocation support into the New York/tri-state area, complete with exceptional annual bonus potential and package.
