Thus, I am able to communicate business objectives and changes to employees succinctly and empathetically. I enjoy translating business objectives into actionable deliverables. This is a bold statement, yet true. I am good at the high-level strategy stuff as well as the details. For example, this might include a plan to hire for a no-name brand company in a new location: building a strategy, writing compelling ads, training managers on how to hire the best, compiling data/analytics and course correcting along the way.
