Payroll Expert, London based, has secure home office and available for 20 hours per week
Primary focus for current or most recent role: Payroll and HR administration
Remits of particular interest: Fully competent for payroll administration, salary verification and calculation, managing requests and renewal of work permits, calculations and payments of variables (eg: bonuses, housing allowances, relocation allowances, car allowances etc), dispatch of payslips by email, create of accounting reports, year end work
Also able to
Coordinate insurance coverage for all staff
Adjustment of UK, Swiss and French social security contributions spanning retirement, pension sickness and accidents
Administrative follow-up of insurance and coordination with the brokers or insurance companies
Monthly declarations to the corresponding authorities (i.e. source tax, student loans, pensions etc)
Unique expertise: 20 years experience across a variety of payroll processing systems (including excel spreadsheets). References available from a range of small and medium sized organisations across the pharma, manufacturing, tourism and tech sectors.

Languages : Fluent English and French
