Primary focus for current or most recent role: HR Business Partner

Remits of particular interest: Head of HR or HR Director - experience of Business Partnering up to board level, Learning and Development, ER, Reward and Recruitment

Unique expertise: Experience of M & A, TUPE, employee relations, performance management, change management, restructuring and HR projects

Markets with deep expertise: UK market expertise

Languages : fluent English, Basic French

Workforce types directly supported: Corporate functions, sales, professional, technical e.g surveyors, engineering, administrative and clerical

Current home country: United Kingdom

Team management: up to 10 of which most are direct reports, managed larger teams up to 40 historically. Experience of leading generalist and specialist teams both direct and remote.

Strengths: Experience of business continuity, restructuring, employee relations, HR leadership, reward and wellness, employee engagement.
