Team management: From 5 to 10 direct reports with wider teams of 35 to 250 members which was a mix of In-House Teams and RPO support. I have a preference to continue managing people given this is a strength of mine.
Current/recent employer: Current company has annual revenues of over 10 billion USD; my previous employer had annual revenues of circa 30 billion USD.
Remits of particular interest: A global or EMEA remit. A company that is scaling up and looking to develop or build out their teams. Or a “scrappy” start-up environment requiring the implementation of new service models, would also be of high interest.
Unique expertise: I have experience of leading, designing, and implementing new TA operating models globally, building Global Hubs to support Shared Service Models, executing the process, system and service transition. I’ve had ownership of end to end TA, Reporting & Analytics, TA Technology and Compliance too.
Commerciality: I've implemented thirty TA process improvements across 2020 resulting in a 30% gain of capacity back into our teams. I achieved a circa 40 person headcount reduction within TA, through automation and specialization efficiencies over a six month period, therefore allowing teams to concentrate on value add activities.
Strengths: A strong track record in successfully delivering TA transformation on a global scale, delivering on time and on budget. Experience in large-scale TA outsourcing. Leading large distributed teams. am frequently promoted and as a strong people leader I receive the highest engagement from my teams every year.
Need to know: I have worked in a variety of industries across many global regions. As a result, I have a lot of cross-cultural experience working in fast-paced environments. I have managed large teams through uncertainty but always maintained results for attracting and retaining key talent.
