In 20 years I have enjoyed a huge diversity of experiences in some very different organisations and industries to develop my expertise in talent acquisition. The common thread throughout has been the need for change: whether modernising a central UK government department, or attracting new talent globally for a science led transforming industry and revealing the hidden gem of an employer brand in a global aerospace company.

Commerciality: Most recently led the development of an award winning global EVP and employer brand in a global organisation achieving in 6 months a global internal and external launch with new careers site resulting in 37% increase in quality hires month on month. Previously also managed RPO for a global direct sourcing hub in a large multinational, new global CRM framework and improvement in service captured agency savings of $6.1million compared to previous year savings of $3.6million
