Global Talent Acquisition & HR Projects Leader - BELGIUM - EUR 90,000 plus package
HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER COMMENCED AFTER SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT OFFER
We're seeking an International Talent Acquisition specialist with a flair for broader HR Projects, to be based in Brussels, Belgium.
This hire is for a rapidly growing company who have increased their workforce size 10 fold in 10 years! They're in a critical phase of needing to refine their business operating model, refine their work practices, and tackle some unique market challenges; all whilst continuing to expand into new global markets through organic growth, new product development, and acquisition of other companies.
This person will be a member of the HR leadership team, and will be focussed on the design, implementation and refinement of an array of projects that will help the HR function to enable further business growth that is efficient, successful and profitable.
This person will be something of a data junkie, and will offer advanced project management and communications skills. As the 2IC to the CHRO this role will manage a new employee engagement survey, outsourcing of tactical elements of HR work, introduce performance metrics and scorecards, support on reward frameworks reviews, aid on compliance reporting, assist on talent management initiatives, and so much more. Central to this role, is the company’s need to effect 4000 new hires this year and next. We need a specialist who can start up an online recruitment portal, overhaul all recruiting practices, build a team, manage an RPO implementation, implement employer branding initiatives, build onboarding processes, etc….
In short, this person will have a widely varying role spanning many priorities; so will need to be master at juggling and managing expectations of stakeholders.
The workforce and leadership teams are bright, very accomplished and demanding professionals, and many are niche subject matter experts in their field - so staying ahead of the curve as an employer of choice is another key priority for the HR function, and this too is reflected in some of the critical projects being planned.
The role will suit an EU citizen who has a track record of effecting international change with advanced influencing and consultation skills. Fluent English is essential, as is experience working within the technology sector. Other non-European languages will be highly regarded. Ideally this person will have lived and worked abroad within their career already and the company will support a relocation into the offices of the CHRO, based in Brussels.
A stable, salaried work history with a clear progression of responsibility and advancement will be preferred. Proven success within complex matrix and heavy change environments will be key.
This is a high profile, innovation focused role that will not suit anyone interested in a "business as usual" or "this is the way it’s always been done" agenda. Base salary from EUR 90,000 plus bonus, benefits and potential LTIP are on offer.
