HR Manager/Generalist – United Kingdom
We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a multinational company undergoing significant transformation following recent M&A activity.
Reporting to a supportive European HR VP, you’ll be the first point of contact for a range of HR topics, supporting diverse commercial teams across the UK, with a smaller presence in EMEA.
The company is at a pivotal moment, requiring a complete overhaul of its people strategy – redesigning processes, refining policies, upskilling, and fostering a more positive, inclusive workplace culture.
So, we need a versatile HR professional with strong generalist expertise – someone who excels as an individual contributor, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving meaningful change.
There is no shortage of priorities to be worked through inclusive of:
Driving engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
Shaping hiring strategies and supporting recruitment efforts
Supporting workforce planning
Providing support and guidance to managers on performance related issues
Managing HRIS data and reporting effectively
Ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks proactively
Package includes a base salary from £55,000 (depending on experience level) plus car allowance, benefits, and performance bonus.
Initially this role will be 5 days office based in the Home Counties area, with hybrid flexibility over time.
