Talent Acquisition Specialist with fluent German

This newly created role is within a company that develops and manufactures products that are helping to save lives.

With high growth plans, the company urgently needs its first dedicated talent acquisition professional to attract, engage and assess new talent across multiple jurisdictions in Europe.  As a stand alone TA expert, this person will bring expertise to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, whilst being an expert and “go-to” partner for an array of stakeholders inclusive of C-suite and department leaders.

This person will be responsible for building and refining TA policy, process and frameworks; and will have genuine options to develop and progress a career by adding additional scope and responsibilities as the company expands.

An ability to work through a culture of constant change and ambiguity will be essential. The company still has many traits of the typical “start-up” enterprise culture so this role will best suit someone who is happy to be “hands on” – it really is about “all hands to the pump” so will suit someone who is prepared to work on getting day-to-day work done fast and well in order to clear the backlog of unfilled roles and build frameworks to better manage future hiring demands.

In return you’ll have genuine opportunities to build on the scope of your role and responsibilities, plus have the satisfaction of knowing that your skills, experience and efforts are directly contributing to the company’s expansion in impacting peoples’ lives around the world.

Our ideal TA professional will be able to offer:

  • Fluent English and German spoken and written language skills

  • A TA professional who has historically recruited across a manufacturing and pharmaceutical environment will be invaluable to help gain traction and credibility with key stakeholders quickly.

  • Comfortable working within high levels of ambiguity, and limited structures while possessing a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

There is a hybrid working arrangement in place and relocation on offer into either Basel, Switzerland or Frankfurt, Germany.  Base annual salary of up to equivalent of CHF 130,000 plus bonus and benefits (with some flex depending on experience level).

Interviews are being scheduled currently, with a view to an employment offer being extended in the coming weeks.
