Unique expertise: Strong strategic and business acumen, deep understanding of how organisations work (specifics of sales teams etc) and ability to design and/or re-design organisations (full setup or reorg), combined with strategic view of talent, recruitment and performance management;
Markets with deep expertise: EMEA overall - especially Germany, Austria, Switzerland, also Central and Eastern European countries
Languages : English, German and Romanian
Workforce types directly supported: Senior VP level to blue collar work-forces spanning sales, IT personnel (programmers etc), operations and supply chain personnel etc (full spectrum of employees within geographic areas).
