Commerciality: Designed a recruitment process for Verizon's Enterprise Sales Solutions business resulting in reducing time to fill from 90 + days average to 42 days, turnover from 36% to under 4%, reduced recruitment spend by 40%, and took an under-performing recruitment function to placing 2nd highest performing in all of Verizon.
