Remits of particular interest: Global head of rewards function in mid size company, preference headquartered in France or Switzerland.
Unique expertise: As Reward Leader I also owned responsibility in HR systems and operations, as HR business partner in EMEA, and talent operations. Capability to lead Reward and People Operations function.
Commerciality: Introduction of global sales incentives including plan design, governance and operating model (technology to administer end to end) for a sales population of 2,000 associates and + USD 50 million cost across multiple countries. Supporting business strategy to drive commercial excellence, generate revenue and maximize profitability. As part of outcomes it has delivered stronger correlation between sales compensation costs and business performance. Collaborative mindset co-creating with Finance, Operations, HR and business leaders.
