Remits of particular interest: Looking for Senior Director and up roles with functional or COE responsibility. I design and lead initiatives at the forefront of change, driving organizations to rethink people, process and technology to drive employee experience and digitization of the workforce. The role that would most suit my needs would be related to innovation, automation and transformation with a focus on experience and efficiency.
Unique expertise: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experiences in large organizations, expertise in evolving organizations according to market needs (e.g., process innovation, automation and AI, digital strategy, data and analytics).
