Remits of particular interest: VP or SVP level roles, leading a global team.

Unique expertise: I've now built 3 global Employee Relations teams from the ground up; and have supported populations from the highest level salaried leaders to call center hourly employees. I regularly work with the C-Suite on complex ER issues, including investigations, policy, employee engagement/experience, and labor/industrial relations.

Commerciality: In all of my previous roles I was accountable for managing a year on year decrease in case and litigation rate with associated cost savings.
