Current/recent employer: Last employer: circa 17’000 employees with US$2.3 billion revenues; and previous employer circa 18,000 employees with US$6.2 billion revenues

Remits of particular interest: Global Total Rewards / Payroll Head / C&B leader in small or big international organization

Unique expertise: I am a builder with strong analytical skills - able to bring bring compensation and benefits strategies and thought leadership for payroll and HR tools, and then covert these into actions. I have transitioned my entire career with ease from one industry to another, and from a matrix organization to a hierarchical organization.

Commerciality:

  • Implemented an HR & Financial department and a C&B department from scratch

  • Have implemented fully customized HRIS tools inclusive of Workday and Cloudpay across 18 EU countries

  • Management of large insurance portfolio (52 contracts / 18 countries – achieving significant savings with 1.2 million reimbursements

  • Instrumental in worldwide compensation review (job architecture / levelling/ mapping for 20’000 positions)

  • Budget management up to CHF 20 million
