Current home country: Spain with mobility to work across Asia, Europe, Middle East, Pacific, North America
Team management: Have led 5-12 direct reports, with total team size varying between 5-35 people. Strong preference to work as a people leader in future roles.
Current/recent employer: Revenues of EUR 5 billion and over 17,000 employees globally
Remits of particular interest: HR leadership roles e.g. Chief People Officer, Global HR Director; or large regional/divisional HR leadership remits

Diversity of experience in HR - I've led both the reward and talent functions globally, plus I have broad international generalist experience.
Extensive board/remuneration committee experience.
Global mindset and outlook.
Strong business and financial acumen (Chartered Financial Analyst and a background in consulting).
Commerciality:
Organisational design review, resulting in the implementation of a new regional sales structure, significantly improving customer satisfaction.
Designed a new global talent strategy to reduce attrition and improve employer brand to ensure customer deliverables would be met.
Designed and implemented multiple global reward frameworks (e.g. mobility policy, sales incentive design, employee share plan) leading to various cost-savings and efficiencies.
Led on post-M&A integration of a business unit, leading to the achievement of planned synergies.
