Remits of particular interest: I am seeking a role directly reporting to the CHRO. Areas of interest are: 1. Talent Management - full suite covering talent, succession, performance, engagement, DE&I, employee experience 2. Senior HR Business Partner to leaders at the C-suite level

Unique expertise: Over 23 years of experience across a variety of industries (pharmaceuticals, engineering, real estate, banking, FMCG, Insurance) and experience across multiple geographies (India, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe – with a global remit, and North America). This broad industry and geographic experience allow me to have a deep understanding of cultures and approaches around the world. Having covered both HRBP and CoE roles throughout my career, I have a strong appreciation of what it takes to succeed and enable HR performance across the organization. Have experience leading transformation and change initiatives at a global scale. Ability to influence without direct authority and engage and enable people and teams globally.

Commerciality: Achieved savings of over CHF35 million while completing a post-acquisition integration. Additionally, the integration was completed one year ahead of schedule and with less than 1% loss of employees across both organizations.
